'Ere I Am, J.H.; The Ghost in the Machine.

Hello again! It's been a while, but here's Episode 295, anyway. Rika and her body-confused friend find themselves at a crossroads. Bacon or sausage? Pancake or waffle? One breakfast or two? This can only be settled with an eating contest.

As it turns out, I may have slightly miscalculated the amount of time required to get House GD in order. I knew home ownership was a parade of fix-'em-up projects, but I wasn't quite expecting a three-ring circus. We're still living out of boxes, but most of the furniture's arrived and there is a growing sense of stuff being where it ought to be, rather than spread out evenly across the floor. This is all well and good, but what scares me is that I'm finding myself getting excited over finding deals at the hardware store and the kitchen and bath outlets. I got old and I didn't even notice.

I made a brief appearance in Los Angeles, staffing Sega's booths at E3. Worked first party for the first time, which wasn't quite as fun as wrangling things in Sega's booth proper, but it was nice to see people genuinely excited about our games again (Jet Set Radio and Hell Yeah! in particular). Didn't get to see much of the South Hall between shifts, but we were right next to Atlus' booth in the West Hall. My greatest takeaway from the show? Zeno Clash II is finally coming. Yessssssss.

Ah yes, that "we" bit from earlier. Rin and I are currently trying our hands at domestic life, after a wild and crazy cross-country car trip through the deep south. Go say hi and ask her to draw things!

That's all for now! I'll be heading out of town to work San Diego Comic Con pretty soon, but once I'm back at basecamp, we can continue with these ladies. Stay tuned!

Correction-- more than one pancake. Haha

Mai's and Rika's New Year's resolution is to have a pancake.

I hope these two survived the "End of Days". Merry Christmas GD, hope to see you next year.

Unfortunately no one will win, they are stuck in the event horizon of a black hole. As time progresses normally for them, to us they slow down as if frozen in time as they approach the singularity.

I wonder who's gonna win that eating contest.

In the time it took for mere hours to pass in OHP, let alone any sort of major plot development, I've had fathered children, one of them is 3yrs old the other is 2.

GD, what I am saying, is if the comic takes you this long to update, it just might not be worth your time at all.

So vere are das updates, bitte? Ist begetten das vithdrawl zimptoms from das lack ov das OHP vebcomik. Let me zee ... vot to do to begetten more updates? Ah, yes, do you haff relatifs now lifink in Chermany? Nein? Oh vell, it vorked in das oldt days. *shrug*

I miss the story.

And the drought once again parches the arid lands. The wheat crops wilt leaving little flour for delicacies such as pancakes.

GD, the lack of comic is making my arteries clog.

I'm skinny with a high metabolism, and even I can't eat that much.

But the obvious solution is: sausage wrapped in bacon stuffed in omelet topped with waffle wrapped in pancake and drown in six different syrups. With a toasted ham and potato sandwich on the side and a milkshake to wash it all down.

Keep the ambulance on speed dial.

Damn the new comic makes me HUNGRY!

I think it's partly because skinny people don't have the gratuitous muscle and/or fat to help hold their stomach in shape, so it's free to expand more.

Then again, what do I know?

Also, am I the only one who thinks Tammy's expression looks just a little.... slasher-y?

Did- Did anyone else hear the choir of angels?
Always happy to see an update. And the way that "Ruby" is sitting in the fourth panel, presumably because she can't fit in the booth any other way, is hilarious.

This will be the most epic battle of the century. I'm sure Tammy and Muby will be equally matched in food eating ability, unless Tammy has some hidden tricks up her sleeve.

I still check at least 3 times a week and I regret nothing because this comic is the tits.

Tits I say!

Horray! I was fearful you were too busy to ever update ever again.
I'll check back in another 6 months for the next page.

I check everyday! Love this comic so much! RUBY IS THE BEST!!

Ah yes I'm most pleased with your update. Now I shall rest knowing you're still alive. BUT KNOW THIS! I shall be watching, waiting for more
